OHE lines are connected. But guess there is shortage of eloco at TVC. Trains which came via TEN, came with d-loco. Hence they went with same. Netravathi, left with d-loco. 16316 came via TEN with WDG4, but since LP who was in given 16316 didn't have training for G4, ed 3d was given.
