Yes. If something happens, then all this measures are taken. Else no one is bothered. Topography might act to this damages, but mainly it is maintenance that act mostly. We are still able to operate trains over Pamban without any issue, because they do check and maintain regularly. But here, that part never happens. Sad part of our state.
