Really what baffles me its said that committee formed to look in to this issue is yet to submit the report!!!! Where as its deadline was some 6 months later extended by another 3 months. If i am right report submitted already and there was also news earlier that there were objections from ECoR about their issues bla bla bla how come such a turn around now???
