The notice pertains to 'Requesting Passengers to post an e-complaint to Railway board in reducing running time of both the trains :16527 & 16528 : YPR-Kannur-YPR trains

Noticed in many coaches earlier. Another new TT is going to come within a week. I don't think so any speed up will be considered. :(
It actually doesn't need much speed up. Between CBE and SRR, its run is being blocked by One Mail. And from CLT to CAN, by kannur passenger. If they can make a TT in such a way that, these is efficiently managed, train can run easily and reach CAN around 8.30 like previously. May be small swap with TT of island will help it.
It was reaching 8:30 earlier. Demand is just to run like earlier, nothing extra asked. It is very much possible but railway is adamant. Strongly doubt some vested interest in delaying the train on both direction.
Swap is better, but not required to swap also, 12623 is reaching PGT at 4:00 Island can reach 4:15 and 16527 can reach 4:25. So that the train can reach SRR at 5:00, CLT 6:30 CAN 8:25.

Looks like they delayed 45 minutes at BAND. So nobody can complain the train is late.............!!!!!
