Hi Guys....
trying to download the past journey date ticket print from IRCTC.
I do not have any email copy and need the print for the claims.Can you please help?

Pls send them an email from registered email id with details: user id, journey date, train number. They should be able to trace the ticket.
i will try.... but this was really unexpected.I remember in past have downloaded tickets for past dates.
Once journey date is over you cannot download tickets...Why not use the mail confirmation received on your registered e-mail id during booking which gives you the details.
