TravelBahanaYou^~ 3933 blog posts10 out of 12 trains are now running on Kangra Valley Heritage railway. IR has refurnished at landslide areas and made the train to run again within 15 - 20 days. You can now start your travel and enjoy the scenery of Himachal Pradesh.
It will not be going to convert as IR has decided to take the line via Bilaspur Mandi to Leh Ladakh. I guess the have decided to maintain it as Heritage railway.
But in past budget(may be 2012or 2013) it was announced to be converted in BG.
yes it was announced but some how they have deiced to work on Bilaspur mandi line. Total buget is 50, thousand crore
