for HOG enabled rake HOG locos are only used. ever since BCT/AK became HOG enabled they have, save for an occasion or two used one of the few HOG GZB P7. same for HWH, which for almost two weeks or so continuously ran with HWH 30458 before the loco developed some trouble and went in shed.
Unless any issue happens with loco (as the number of locos enabled are small) it is very likely that HOG locos only will take this train, in this case only P7 are enabled. Also this train is getting BRC P7 consistently from past few runs, as indicated by outage data available on elocos.
