R M is forgating rule of equality. For same facility, distance / train now different person has to pay different fare. This is ridicules . It seems R M does not understand and believe in rules of economics.

This seems illogical because it does not depends on who plans early. Users who are able to book before 8:02 AM, on ARP opening day, pay 100% base fare, then those booking before 8:05 AM pat 110% of base fare and so on. So it depends on speed of booking rather than planning.
If berths/seats remain vacant, railways should give them at 100% base rates to attract passengers. With 150%, it is difficult to attract passengers. e.g. For Solapur to HYD, most of the days, we could find seats vacant even in running train (Pune SC Shatabdi Exp). It was logical to pay base fares for that, considering speed and comfort. But now since Pune to Solapur / HYD have booked half...
