It is surprising that just the replacement of loco hauled rakes of the passenger trains by emu rake is being mentioned as successful implementation of "Mission Raftaar".
Success of "Mission Raftaar" should be primarily based on how much increment of average speed of trains (against the targeted increase of 25kmph over the current avg. speed) on the route has actually been achieved.
Million dollar question is - "has there been any actual appreciable increment in avg. speed of the trains in the GZB-ALD-MGS section, after the "EMUfication" of passenger trains?? ...
