Trains do make unscheduled stoppages to carry railway men on duty, or medical emergency of bonafide passenger which is justified. But diverting a premium Rajdhani Express (monitored by RB) to a slower track in order to facilitate unscheduled stoppage and giving the unscheduled stoppage for relative of Rly official is something unthinkable. This act shall delay the train and consume more sectional capacity. If this is done by divisional level officials, then what is the authority of RB?
Someone insider tried to level some score with SDOM otherwise stoppage of any train at any station is daily affair.

Correct... I seen Rajdhani looped for memu at wayside station .. many times Rajdhani make unscheduled halts
Maybe. But that's no excuse to stop any train for someone's kith and kin to board or alight.
