This "social experiment" of Mr. Prabhu is a pleasant surprise, which an ordinary Indian did not expect from IR even in wildest dreams. The image of IR had never been so positive especially due to this practical & emotional connection with the common traveller. This makes a very powerful person the RM and hence the whole IR at the finger tips of an ordinary India leading to direct connection of IR with minds as well as heart of crores of Indians. The efficiency of twitter handle is just mind blowing. Hats off to Mr Prabhu and his team for the same.
