One hoped with the new dispensation, things may improve at least marginally for the neglected stations and areas, but everything is the same. They are not realizing that Railways is the most clear indicator of how things have improved or not in 5 years by the central government. These cosmetic changes simply wont cut the ice, come 2019.

Euphoria is turning into questions and bafflement and mediocrity is being exposed.
Hopes of BJP crushing the status quo of bureaucracy is being dashed.
Next will come the anger and backlash.
2019 - people may revert to the default mode - Congress.
