It is right that post of RM shall lose its sheen, power, glamour, pomp & show all. Only a a humble and honest minister like Mr. Prabhu can do this kind of abdication. Let us hope that this abdication of power shall not go to waste and IR shall be depoliticised substantially in times to come.
At least we can expect that power hungry ones amongst the current lot of politicians shall not clamour for heading the IR as it used to be in past. IR should get more decent and financially prudent RMs than before.
