Yes bhai, the doubling will give rise to more benefits.
03 years back, when my transfer was in Vizag, I used to catch rajdhani from Bhubneshwar, the train used to slow down in Cuttack barang section due to single track congestion.
I think the story would have change now with doubling.

Also Cuttack needs more P/Fs becoz, in future Traffic for Paradeep route will increase as much industries have been esteablished in the port town of PRDP.
Nope for that haridaspur paradeep line will used complete bypass of ctc
from 1 bridge to 4 Bridges.
