7hrs late running 18478 Kalinga Utkal express arrives at Balasore with Bhilai WAG-5P and a dead TKD WAP-7 30440..This is my first ever click of a WAP-7 with ICF rake of a normal express train..

Bhilai WAG-5P was given as its loco failed.... So I guess it might have failed near BSP/RIG where the delay further increased to almost 6hrs from 4hrs 30mins...but a question arises that why was it delayed by more 1hr till it reached Hijili and Balasore...
Still it can't b confidently said that the loco failed in CG just because it got a BIA WAG-5..
