With same CC of 12397 and 12389, It can be inferred that this train has RSA with 12389/90. Also, it can be seen that 12397 always departed ontime till 3rd December despite its incoming rake was late by 12+ hours. 12389 was rescheduled on Sunday, and on Sunday (4th Dec), 12397 departed GAYA 18 hours late, just becoz there was no extra rake that day! With rd rake (12389) sent to Chennai, yesterday also it couldn't depart ontime, and hence cancelled yesterday!

Then MB Poorva SK Puru rakes were sent back one by one to LILUAH workshop before getting 130certified....???

Maybe possible but fog times mein max mps nahi chalti train. And waise to 12323 ka Rake wahi rehta use bhi de do 130 mps
Might be to check all minor adjustments or something!
But u can see the departure timings of 12397 and arrival of 12398!
Whenever 12390's rake was present, it always departed ontime, irrespective of 12398 coming over 20 hours!
And when 12389 wasn't there, 12397 was rescheduled, and in fact 1 run was cancelled!

Today again, for second consecutive time, 12389 has been rescheduled by 5+ hours. If 12389 would have got separate rake, then why is it getting rescheduled from past 2 runs?
RSA has started from 1st December after their CC were made same and to prevent 12397 cancellation due to late running.
And this RSA would continue for the winter season only
