Mumbai infra projects which were hanging in fire for years, for central assistance and clearances like environmental were Central clearances were not just coming. Many agencies state govt, central govt and city administration were not in agreement leading to inordinate delay in clearance of proposal.

For most of the other cities, getting fund is biggest problem for infra projects, but for a cash rich and land short city of Mumbai, major problem is different lines of thought/action by many agencies is the biggest problem.
