Lack of education or better say lack of Higher education espespecially in Muslim community is the biggest reason behind this. Still huge no. Of Muslim kids get religious education which can't fetch them a job. W.r.t the population this community has least representation in Govt. Jobs and we can't think of upliftment of any community without Education & employment.
