this is straining : all railways, : coach durability, maintenance, speed, comforts... : and once the vicious cycle sets in, : more users mean more coaches needed, more maintenance needed, more frequency needed... but when Space, is limited, Time is limited, Money is not available... the state of things is going to deteriorate...
If my house needs repairs, but I have to send my children to school also to marry off my sister, take care of my parents, : where priorities will Go ? House will get least priorities, which should be First ... since safety of house only will enable rest of the needs to be carried out safely...
But in India , 'decisions' are taken on the spur of the moment , in the heat of the moment, and when the calamity strikes...
any 'planned decisions' are either objected and delayed or politicized ...
take the Bandra Kurla Complex for bullet train' still hanging ...
Our states play ethnicity game, and districts play regional games...
