1. How, popular is this scheme?
2. Is anybody really taken advantage of this scheme and got the free ticket after redeeming the points?

i have this card and let me tell you its not a very good scheme they provide
if you frequently travel in CC, 2AC and 1AC then only go for it

sir it charge 350rs per year so not a free service but i get to know if you have this card you need not to purchase a platform ticket but most of the TTE do not know this
Yes you are right, it has annual fee of Rs.350. In my opinion also, it is not so popular and have very few membership.
