Gupta sir is right, but i believe GDA-RTM is 110 not 120.
the statement in the report, amazingly, isn't completely right. if you don't believe me you can check the TT's of train plying in NDLS-BRC section; average speeds drop quite a lot in the GDA-RTM section, and most trains have lower speed in the entire BRC-RTM section for this reason.
The track though is maintained to the standard required for 130 fit trains (60 Kg rails, proper banking of track etc)
