Very funny demand!
Tripura, a state with just 36 lac population & 10000 SqKM area and hardly 100kms of rail line is demanding a separate Rly division. Tripura deserves to be a district by geographic and demographic benchmarks, any how it has been made state, may be on ethnic/political considerations. In fact, there are hundreds of districts in other states which have more population/area/traffic than the state of Tripura and hence deserves to have divisional rly. HQ.
