12314 Sealdah Rajdhani has food issues, infact in Down from NDLS except for 12260 none of the so called Premium trains offer any respite. And regarding the food quality, thanks to new catering policy the food we eat is cooked, refrigerated and heated. To a certain extent than can spoil food quality too.
poor quality of food and equally poor service..... Its really unfortunate.
"This is a one off incident. The train was carrying around 1,200 passengers. Of them 5-6 passengers from a specific coach have complained about the food quality. We are investigating the matter. Appropriate action would be taken," an Eastern Railway spokesman said.
