When the rail line to Leh is built, what type of train will most likely go to Leh?

Actually rail to Leh will come most likely because during bad weather no transport available there.
Ek demu to thik se chal nahi paati, saal ke 60 din security reasons se band rehti hai, rajdhani kya khaak chalegi, jat tak daily aur biweekly srinagar tak rakhenge track banne ke baad
News wale log hangama, aatanki wagerah bolke faltu ka drama krenge aur fir log bhag jayenge hi nhai.. islie leh tk M/Ex train Vo bhi CDG/ASR se chalni chahiye
Na bhai Adi-Bct is equally important.. Abhi kashmir me har waqt problems chalte rehta hai to uske karan dusre important economic-tourism corridor ko upgrade krna thode rok skte hai?
It is India where things are now completing in time... Not Pakistan or any other diwalia country that takes 20 million for making a metro... And still not completed..
