When the rail line to Leh is built, what type of train will most likely go to Leh?

The first good thing to happen that will be appreciable to common public is sudden boost to tourism of Leh. Large number of tourists from far off places are expected to visit Leh and a triweekly/ daily super fast from NDLS to Leh should be the first long distance train from Leh.
