nation, a right to know about how they are governed, but replying to a large number of RTI queries being raised has increased the workload of the bureaucracy.
* RTI reply not only is very sensitive job, but also have to be given within a very short period. Often the data/info asked in RTI query is not readily available, but have to be searched, and deduced through data analysis etc.
* Use of common sense is a must in giving such reply which was not done in this case.
