for mobile ticketing app to be user friendly, I would suggest some changes.
1. Passenger should be able to buy Ticket using any mobile wallet like paytm, mobikwik etc.
2. The need to download a hard copy of ticket from ATVMs should be done away with. E- ticket should suffice.
