As infrastructure developed, Additional New trains,Extension of trains and Frequency increases in operation days etc have to be implemented simultaneously.
Also additional trains have to be operated in the Doubled sections and effectively under utilized sections by diverting the existing trains and additional trains etc.
Then only the Indian Public feels these heavy investment in Railway by the NDA government.
