Why no Shatabdi train is running in Bihar every Indian state, except some NE states have Shatabdi trains.

KL deserves shatabhi but problem is they cant maintain high speed inside KL. may be after KTYM doubling we can see shatabhi to CBE. I dono y ERS SBC shatabhi never considered. ERS TCR PGT CBE TUP ED SA KJM SBC/YPR will be good profitable one for shatabhi. if distance is factor atleast they could have tried CLT SRR PGT CBE TUP ED SA KJM SBC/YPR shatabhi.

Kallada run about 20 service per day to bangalore from ERS, out of which few are morning/afternoon services as well , and had good ppl even though its having huge prices, so it cud be good.

Hope may be after BYPL terminal development we can see CBE BYPL ONT and ERS BYPL tejas.
Aisa mat bolo Bhai Bihar mein already rich log hai, for example take Mumbai Patna Suvidha Express, which is a superhit and is not affordable by many. For AC 2 prices go upto 9000 and more. For AC 3 prices come around 6ooo and more. And still people are reserving in that trains even after Flight services between Mumbai & Patna is superhit.
But I'm not sure about Shatabdi as people don't prefer to travel in daytime. According to me possible feasible routes of Shatabdi to Bihar are

and m also saying that PNBE-LKO will be hit shatabdi
as Lucknow got International Airport too and demand increases for tourist places like lko-bsb, lko-agc and too lko-pnbe
