Why no Shatabdi train is running in Bihar every Indian state, except some NE states have Shatabdi trains.

ERS-YPR/SBC could also be good.
Kallada run about 20 service per day to bangalore from ERS, out of which few are morning/afternoon services as well , and had good ppl even though its having huge prices, so it cud be good.
But more no. Of Night passengers are there in this route,most going to attend interview/attend job in the morning. So an Uday...
