* IR has been lagging in using the latest advancements in using Signalling, Telecommunication, Computerisation, Automation & IT to enhance the capacity/revenue and curtail the costs and increase the efficiency. Sectional capacity can be drastically increased even without laying extra tracks by used of state of the art & automatic signalling, using lighter & quicker rolling stocks etc
