Loco changes sbse jyada VSKP me hota. Beshak reversal hi sahi bt wapas same line se hi trns wapas BZA ya BBS k liye nikalti h. Same for HWH. HWH me v reversal lene wali trns kaafi h bt not taking HWH into account as ALD is nothing in comparison to HWH. N dats d fact. Bt still considering VSKP, it doesn't shed tears on d names of congestion coz it prefers efficiency more than giving excuses.
