SubUrban Fare ,MST fare sud be looked into ,3AC,2AC fare are already too high,any increase in SL ,CC may prompt short distance traveller to other modes of transport
* Railway Fare increase is not a new thing as it has been happening since last 3 yrs. ACIII/II fares have increased by about 50% in last 3-4 years, cancellation charges had been raised by even higher percentage.
* The kind of fare increase proposed by Mr. Dinesh Trivedi 4-5 years back were inclined to bring rationalisation of the much distorted fare structure.
* The proposed fare hike should specifically address to rationalise fares of season tickets, non ac unreserved/reserved class tickets. Going for same % rise for all kind of tickets...
