Some twisting explanation but actually its not correct. The TAX PAYERS money will go to all infra projects whether its PPP mode or public mode. So there is no relation.
Any ways Shamshabad airport is world class felicities with huge investment so u have to pay more for that,
But these tracks are relatively very less investment so very less UDF is enough...
