When you are in the way of the Fastest Train of India, Gatimaan Express You are bound to be Overtaken, No Matter how early you are Running.
Seen here APSK - 12708 Andhra Pradesh Sampark Kranti getting Looped at 09:20 at Runkuta Station. It could have easily Escaped this OT and crossed Agra Cantt, but then comes Taj Express - Taj Escaped the Gatimaan's Overtake this day and reached Agra Cantt before it as Scheduled. Taj's Stop at Raja Ki Mandi forced APSK to loop at Runkuta (ACC to TT, Overtake Happens Before or at Mathura itself).

i think so,bcoz vo bhi icf wheel use karta hai
icf coaches are capable of running at 140kmph {bhopal shatabdi},if koi generator fit na kia ho
even if it cant run at 130, APSK will get lhb atleast,and in future these dhood tankers can be attached into timetabled goods train
