Senior drivers of about 55yrs age are normally eligible for faster trains like 160/150/130kmph Rajdhani etc premium trains. At this age the reflexes of a person are slow, eyesight gets weakened and the piloting the faster train demands quick response.
I think drivers with 10-15 yrs experience are the best combo of experience + quick reflexes for piloting 130+ kmpf premium trains..
