In the passenger survey, the figure of "39% as joy riders" is exceptionally high. This appears inflated. It may be due to reason that the joy riders move in leisure mode and are most likely to take participate in survey where as daily commuters are in hurry and generally avoid spending time on answering questions raised by the survey.
