I request the Southern railway authorities and Railway Board to Operate /Divert the Chennai Central mettupalyam 12671 Nilgiri express Up to Chengelpet or Tambaram . Unlike Cheran Or Yercaud express trains the rakes of Nilgris Train are not shared for another train journey and they are lying idle for a whole day . this will benefit Passengers to have Connectivity to Places like Salem Erode Coimbatore. The existing Egmore Salem and Egmore Mangalore trains are not fulfilling the requirements for passengers of south chennai . Passengers can Board / Alight the Nilgiri express in Tambaram Mambalam Egmore and the train can run Via Beach Basin Bridge Arakkonam

Southern Railway Authorities Please Operate All North Bound Trains Originating from Chennai Central without Rack Sharing. Eg Vijawada shatapthi , Delhi garib rath passing through Gumidipoondi,Nellore ,Sullrpet,Vijawada ,and Going towards States Like Bihar,Delhi,Guwahati,Assam From Tambaram So that it would be easy for Tamil nadu Passengers to alight either in Tambaram or Egmore and Board these Trains instead of Travelling to Conjusted Chennai Central with their luggages
