No i doesnt mean that. Mne kha ki halt milna chaahie kyoki Gwl, Morena Mathura se ye phli or only connection h Singrauli k liye. Kisi technical reason se nhi diya hoga ya fir TT me mention nhi h pr halt h.
Gwl skip for an MP based Train is not justified and not even Correct considering that it has no connection with Singrauli.

NCR ka main focus U.P. ke stations per hi rhta hai.isliye Gwalior ko neglect kiya jata hai.
