joy of freedom and not much was done to enforce laws on the people already opressed since their birth.
* Gradually the rulers started breaking laws to filfil their vested interests of Power and Money. But due to weak media, people were mostly ignorant of such deeds.
* As Media became active and free, people grew wiser & wiser, deeds of big shots became known to people, the image of netas changed from freedom fighters to the corrupt & power hungry persons. The acceptance of stealing public property and flouting the rules became more and more acceptable to people. And this report is just one of its manifestations.
