In Emergency situation when fish Plate or track has gone faulty ,if station master receive any Message form Engineering side or from General public,they should inform to higher up .If track was not ok for running the train , derailment could have occurred even if maintenance team was not there.so the NARCO test should be conducted for knowing whether , information was given to Station Manager or station master.

Even if they come to know some of the employees are at fault, railways can't take any strict punishment on them? That is the power of trade unions.
yehi to problem a jati hai.yeh saale labour jo ki actual me guilty the union ke wajah se inka kuch nahi hota hai.
Right Pukhraya incident saw DRM transfer ,but no further action below Section Engineer /JE is seen.If the Red flag was not put up ,it is the responsibility of Trackman or JE?
If JE ask them to put red flag, all Gangs up and say we are working from 15 years don't teach us.
So entire system is collapsed.Lot of rail accident in UP only suggest that,Corruption,indescipline ,and Trade unions interference in day to day working should also be looked into.
