Technological prowess of India is not so poor as it is considered. If India can safely operate/maintain aeroplanes/airports which is a high-tech means of transport, it can operate/maintain Bullet trains as well. But the management has to be in Japanese style and not typically IR style and the management has to be in professional hands and not with IR.
