Flexi fare system needs an overhaul, first 50% seats should be kept under the base price so that atleast 50% seat of any premium train gets booked.
Rail Minister should call an emergency meeting of all stakeholders ASAP and should Iron out this alteration. I expect this from Mr. Goyal as he isn't a snollygoster as his predecessors.
