Quite contradictory...coz if he has to remove all the diesel loco from operation then why is he setting up a d-loco factory at chapra (marhaura)

GE company ko tender kya disel engine ke khilone banane ke liye diya. Dena that to LIGO ko dya hota. Mast toys banate hai
nahi abhi D.locos ka production slow kr dega DLW me bhi.. aur 2020 tak 100% electrification is not possible.. haan but tab tak main main routes aur busy strech pe eloco chalengi.. aur jitne bhi D.Locos bach jati h vo chote branch route aur DFC pe chalengi.. usase railway ko D.locos ko kuch aur saalo tak use krne ka mauka milega .. fir other small countries ko transfer krte rahe dhire dhire.. hope u like this Strategy..
