When user logged in on IRCTC to print the ERS....there should be a tab "Sent to Mobile"...so that the ticket details can send to mobile directly...Instead of taking printout...user can have a option of getting it on mobile by his tab and can show to T.T.....At the time of booking users are already getting SMS, but if it's getting deleted...then there should be another way to get it through SMS....

Sir,SMS is not acceptable still. SMS is just a confirmation regarding the ticket booked but its not a VALID ticket to be displayed.

Nowadays...many people carrying the req. sets.....BTW if anyone incidentally deleted the SMS...then he has no other option other than ERS...This is a suggestion only...
If pax is paying Rs 50/- than SMS is also not reqd only Identity Proof is required
Now it's implemented to show printout on Laptop / Mobiles... Well....Finally my 1 Idea is implemented now....and waiting for Second One, which was for Passenger Management System on Small Display Screen(Akash...etc)....Hoping for the best...
