For the train going to Dehradun, 14115/6 Haridwar Allahabad Express can easily be extended to Dehradun with augmentation of one more 3A coach.
Another train as Allahabad Kathgodam SF express can be made to run between these 2 cities via PFM-UCR-RBL-LKO-HRI-BE-BHI-PBW-LKU.
Railway should think of this.
