Just what is the meaning of the last paragraph of this news article about 22183/84/85/86 ? I am smelling the reintroduction of Double Decker or Some normal Intercity on the same slot.

Double Decker still will not get the patronage considering its previous tenure. A Superfast Intercity with LHB coaches or Janshatabdi could perform much better in the same slot of Double Decker.
WCR should start this ASAP. As Bhopal needs a Morning Connection to Indore and Indore needs an evening train to Bhopal.
