Can we list out the States in which only No Cityl has a dedicated connection to Delhi (Except the State Capital) ?

I have Jharkhand in my mind, because only Ranchi seems to have a dedicated connection to Delhi, no other city in Jharkhand has a dedicated connection to Delhi (correct me if I'm wrong).

If they can't run Tata anvt and dhn anvt on 2 different slots I would request that few coaches start from Tata and few from dhn and then couple them together at gmo just like 13351/18189 at rou. It's higj time that these two important places from jharkhand gets direct accessibility to national capital
