Hope this is at least highlighted to passengers. Railways are talking about speed up.....how can one explain some trains like 11097 running with avg speed of 39km/hour. Train 13351 taking almost 8 hours to cover 250km depsite having clear path . These are running slower thn passenger trains but passengers are being charged exp fares.
The below article talks about convenient time of arrival but we have trains like KOLLAM-VSKP which arrives destination at 1:30am !!, MAQ-Kacheguda which has been speeded up this time but arrival at Kacheguda is 11:50pm !!!!............
