SR is decreasing gradually journey timings of the trains bounded to Egmore
SCR badly needs a terminal at charlapalli because day by day SCR loosing control on trains which are coming to secunderabad especially in the morning hours and evening hours.
Trains freqently getting late towards secunderabad daily are
1. gowthami express
2.
...
charminar express
3. Ajanta express
4. Vishakapatnam - secunderabad Garibrath expres
5. Nagpur - Secunderabad tri weekly express
6. Faluknama express
7. Visakha express
8. Singareni passenger
evening hours
1. Guntur - Secunderabad intercity
2. Krishna express
3. Sirpur kaghaz nagar sf intercity
4. Dhanapur - Secunderabad express
which are frequently getting delayed SCR can't able to handle trains especially trains in the route from kazipet to secunderabad is taking more than 3 hours to reach secunderabad in morning hours. Morning hours secunderabad is bit busy because of the originating trains, terminating trains and local trains. Local trains can be given to 9 and 10 platforms because MMT route is currently in Faluknama - Hyderabad/Lingampally route only which can be bypassed in that route. If they come into 6 and 4 platforms they will become obstacle to other incoming/outgoing trains. SCR is not able to handle daily trains also think the situation if a special train is introduced.

Poor planning.
Satellite Terminals have not many platforms. Kacheguda has only 5, given that two of them are required for MMTS throughout the day. Nampally, well it is half station-half yard.
But, won't Charlapalli be a little far? How about developing Moula Ali instead?

SCR should actually utilize Falaknuma yard by shifting washing lines from KCG. This will open up space for 3-4 platforms and then some SC bound trains can further be transferred.
Secondly with the commissioning of MMTS-2 phas, the freight only line between Sanathnagar and Moula ali bypass will be doubled. Hence forth some passing trains from SC during busy hours can be re-routed via this line with stoppages at LPI, Suchitra/Bhudevi Nagar (provided they create a station long enough to handle 24 coachers) and Charlapalli. This will indeed distribute the crowd and also give breathing space to SC.

Moulali can be good but charlapalli has connectivity even with malkajgiri through which trains coming from nizamabad and kacheguda can even terminate at charlapalli rather than going to secunderabad
